Awesome, awesome photos, Jules. As the resident skeptic I gotta say the "mystery dude" is the reflection of two of the windows/archways that you can see right across from you in the first photo. They look like they're connected because of the bullet hole and the way it all angles out. Follow the angle on the left inside the circle and you can see that it's the ledge of the roof on the left, then follow it further around and you can tell that those black spots should be (and are) the windows/arches that are straight ahead of you to the left and right of the bullet hole. :/
